What made you think of getting a penile enhancement?


I've always felt a little self-conscious down there because I'm an average size. I guess I had an incorrect perception of what a man's size should be down there growing up. My perception of what a normal-sized person looks like has definitely been tainted by watching pornography much too early in life, am I right? So, over the years, that has had some impact on me. Even though I never received complaints or had problems, I always felt like I should be bigger. Why not? Women are able to get breast jobs. Why am I unable?


When did you first consider it?


I was young, then. About 18 or 19 years ago, I looked into augmentation. At the time, all that was actually done was to sort of snip the ligament and do other things that, to start with, weren't particularly permanent or very effective. There were so many difficulties that I decided it wasn't for me. I'm not interested in it. Since I've been researching augmentation for years, Dr. Elist's name and all the various papers about him have come up. It was very important to me that he obtained the FDA's approval for his Penuma implant. I started researching it, and after that, I wrote him a letter with questions and other things, and he responded. I ultimately flew out there and spoke with him.

Did you lengthen at all?

I've grown just under an inch in length over the past two years [Marcus underwent his surgery on Valentine's Day in 2019]. So, due to gravity, you gain a little length afterward. Because of additional weight, it sort of just slowly pulls a little.
